Apartment 1 has been realized following the rules for disabled.
From the parking saved for them, we can access with a ramp to the apartment, composed by a living room, kitchen, double room, a single room and a bathroom with a big shower.
All kitchens in the apartments are full of fridge, little freezer, washing dishes machine, induction hob, kettle, ventilated hoven, dishes, cutlery, pots, kitchen tools, tablecloth, pot holders and rags.
On request it’s disposal also the microwave hoven and the machine for American coffee.
Still on request it’s possible to give an high chair and a little bed for babies.
